Using Dell R905's, 32GB RAM 4 quad core AMD 2.2ghz cpu. Storage is a
mix of EMC SYMMETRIX fiber channel LUN's and NETAPP iSCSI LUNS.
Failover takes 4 minutes +/- 20 seconds every time. Is there some
setting that is holding the storage this long? The cluster IP, Cluster
name, quorum disk, and commvault backup service plugin will stay  in
offline pending for like 3 to 3 1/2 minutes before it does the
failover.

any thoughts much appreciated.
