XE5 / XE3 /IBX 17.17 / gds32.dll version 11

I try to open an IBQuery and I get error 335544332 Invalid Transaction Handle (expecting explicit transaction start)
Query.SQL =
 'select RDB$FIELD_ID nr_campi
from RDB$RELATIONS 
where RDB$RELATION_NAME = UPPER(:tabella)'

This app comes from Delphi 2007 where worked well and now raises this error.
