When I insert a record with a null value in a field defined not null I get the error 'Field must have a value'

In static Dataset I create permanent fields and I set Required = False, and I manage the field in BeforeInsert Trigger (OK)

When I create InsertSql at run time I have not permanent fields and error raises; there is a way to bypass this error ?
