When running gstat with the following command 
gstat -u sysdba -p masterkey -h T:\MT\database.ib

I receive the following error  interbase.msg not found does anyone know how to resolve this why can't it find the interbase.msg. I checked the file does reside in one of the interbase folders. The version of interbase used is XE 2011 with SP4

The command returns the following

Look to see if you have environment variable named InterBase pointing to 
an invalid location.
