Has anyone got TDeviceInfo.ThisDevice.ID to work properly in XE7?

I am trying on an iPhone 6 plus and it returns a blank and on an iPad mini it is the same.

Also on a iPhone 6 Plus physical width/height is 1472/828 not near the real resolution.

Any ideas?
