I have always used the syntax check as a means of checking my code
before starting a debug session. It signalled errors in earlier
versions (D7 and D2007) but did not save any file.
Now on XE5 I suddenly saw that it also *saved* the modifications to
disk so I got experimental stuff saved, which I did not want.
Had to go to version control and retrieve the clean files from CVS
again to fix this.

Is there a way to get back to the autosave working as follos:
- Syntax check: no save
- Compile/Build: no save
- Run application: autosave before starting
