DXE5 IBXE3
I try to connect TIBDatabase setting DatabaseName = 'LocalHost:c:\office\app_01.IB' 
and I get error nr. 335544721 
Unable to complete Network request to host "LOCALHOST:3050"

I unistalled and reinstalled IB but error remains.

In services file last line =  gds_db           3050/tcp                           # InterBase Server

Any suggestion

Desktop edition does not allow for remote connections.  This means any remote 
protocol like TCP/IP even if just loopback.

Omitting LocalHost it works

Maybe this depend by Desktop 1 user license ?

In Prompt Command I tried :   ping LocalHost   and it works
Where can I look for, I have my job locked

Something on your computer is blocking TCP/IP from find localhost. That 
is all that can be known here.

I tried both, stopping firewall and using computer name, it raises same error.

Your error indicates that the TCP/IP layer cannot find a machine with a 
name of localhost. That's quite odd for localhost. It suggests to me you 
probably have a firewall or similar preventing accessing to localhost 
and that is first thing I would look for. However, you might try 
changing localhost to the ipaddress of your box, or use the machinename 
instead of localhost.
