DBArtisan encoding error while altering procedure
News Group: embarcadero.public.dbartisan.general

Hi all!
I'm quite a newbie in Sybase (this is the first time I'm using it) and faced with one problem.
I need to create a stored procedure in Sybase with a set of Cyrillic symbols inside, but when I alter it all Cyrillic symbols are translated/encoded into some strange symbols.
I've tried to change "Client character set" setting to "utf8", "cp1251", "koi8" and default (as I think) "iso_1", but nothing seems to be working. When I open a procedure with cirillic symbols - they are displayed properly.
This problem doesn't exist when I'm using an old version of DBArtisan (8.1), but it cannot work properly with 15 version of Sybase. I'm using DBArtisan 8.6 and quite happy with it - don't want to change to anything else.

Does anybody know how to fix this? Thank you!
