DbArtisan Fetch AUTH catalog table fail |
|
Let me preface this by...we went from DbArtisan 8.1.2 to 8.7.4...and DB2 was upgraded from v8.1 to v9.1...
Then connecting from DbArtisan 8.7.4 to Db2 v9.1, I get:
"Fetch AUTH catalog table fail, connection switches to developer mode, only schemas/ owners with objects are shown"
However, I can't figure out the missing grant(s).

That message implies that you're connected as a non-administrator (yes there are plans to improve/clarify it.) The query that determines this has changed/corrected since 8.1. This message should not affect other behavior of the application as long as the user you connected with has appropriate permissions to do whatever it you try to do.

I encounter the same problem accessing DB2 z/OS v8.1 with DBArtisan 8.7.6 and now with 9.0.0, connecting as a SYSADM user.
