Changed regions of scrollbox and it's components

I need to know which regions of a scrollbox canvas and all it's componets 
are changed/redrawn
Is it possible without using a mirror driver ?

I have to send it over wire to another computer.
To minimize  the bandwidth as much as possible, I only want to send the 
changes.
I can get it working usung a video mirror driver, but it seems overkill 
here.
It also needs admin rights to install de driver.
