Hi folks,

I want to receive a message from windows in my application when anything in 
network settings/status changes, that means:
- TCP/IP settings where changed by user
- Cable was connected/disconnected
- Adapter was activated/disactivated

Though reading a lot in MSDN and googling a few days I didn't find an 
apropriate windows message, the only things I found where
WM_DEVICECHANGE and some functions in IPHLPAPI.DLL (NotifyIfChange etc...) 
that only work in VISTA. Any idea?
