I've read various articles on editing the XML file for Live Templates to add 
your own templates.  But this seems rather tedious and complicated.  I know 
that there are 3rd party products like Castalia that have their own template 
system.  But I was wondering if anyone has written a simpler program that 
just parses the Live Template XML file and creates an easy-to-use editor for 
creating/editing templates?

Really...that Delphi IDE should have added a GUI for the live template 
system in the first place.  But given that they haven't gotten around to 
this yet, has anyone else done this?
