Error opening Indy.Sockets.bdsproj

I am trying to open Indy.Sockets.bdsproj  (from the new Indy 10.1.5 update)

Error: "Personality DelphiDotNet.personality is required to load project and 
is not loaded. Cannot load project."

How do I load DelphiDotNet.personality ?

That is the .NET version of Indy.  You need to use the Win32 VCL version 
instead.

10.1.5 is not the latest version.  In fact, it is quite old.  The current 
version is 10.2.3.
