Whenever I try and compile *any* VCL project for 64-bit Windows, I get the 
following error:

[DCC Fatal Error] MyProjectNameHere.dpr(5): F2041 Read error on 'c:\program 
files (x86)\embarcadero\rad studio\9.0\lib\Win64\release\Vcl.Themes.dcu'

Win-32 target seems to compile fine, although I have not had time to fully 
evaluate it yet.

I have XE2 Enterprise installed from the Media Kit DVD that was sent to me a 
few days ago. Win7 Ultimate, 64 bit.

I have spent close to 4 hours uninstalling, then re-installing the product, 
so I would rather like to avoid having to do it again right now...

installed.  Many are not yet available for XE2.  So I have not yet
tried to build-compile anything with it.  So I won't be of any help.
