We see this problem periodically in support and it can be tricky to
figure out. Ultimately, it means it appears that something external to
RAD Studio changed out address space. Third party components appear to
be the number one suspect. In the past 2 months or so, I had 2 customers
where it seemed that ADS (Advantage Database Server) components were a
likely culprit. Another common culprit is virus protection.
While we get this problem is support periodically, we've never been able
to reproduce it. If you want more in depth analysis, then you should

I've had similar problem recently (once), but with XE5.2 Pro (running on physical machine, W7Pro).
