I have XE7 (Enterprise) installed & running. Can I - now - add the API help... If so, how?

I have the nagging suspicion that MS ceased to supply the SDK
documentation in the H2 help format required by MS Document Explorer
with the Win 8 SDK. The download of the SDK on msdn.microsoft.com does
not mention documentation, while the one for the Win7 SDK does...
