Any ideas what this is?

Looked on all the usual places but nothing...

I am suspecting that a reinstall of Delphi is needed.

On one machine in the department here (we have four - all pretty much
identical with exactly the same D6 install) when program operation is paused
to debug, or tracing is going on, etc trying to pick any menu form the
delphi ide menu causes a

"Internal Error PRO-2707"

error box to appear.

Then whatever you do, press F9 or anything will cause it again. If you never
use the menu then you are ok but once you have touched the menu you are
stuffed.

This happens on a Project1 too.

I came across this when researching another problem.  It doesn't explain
exactly what is causing your particular error, but it shows a path for
finding additional information on the error and providing useful feedback to
Borland:

Seems useful, although I haven't installed the expert mentioned in the
article.
