How can I Get Rid Of the Annoying SQL Wait Cursor?

Answer:

Simply place this one line of code in the OnCreate event of  the form that is 
showing the annoying SQL Wait cursor...

4     Screen.Cursors[crSQLWait] := Screen.Cursors[crHourGlass];
